| Ordering Information To place an order print out the order form, complete the form, and mail it to us with a check or money order with full payment (sorry, no credit card orders). Potted seedlings must be ordered by April 1. Because our inventory is limited, please contact us to verify availability prior to large orders for any particular item. Orders placed earlier will get priority if availability of a particular item is limited. Click here to go to order form Shipping Bare root trees are shipped April 15-30 and October 15-30 and potted seedlings are shipped May 20-June 20. You may request a particular shipping date (within the these dates) on the order form. I prefer to ship via the US Postal Service; if UPS is chosen by the customer a surcharge applies (see below). Oaks may not be shipped to CA, FL or OR; Chestnuts may not be shipped to CA, FL, OR or WA; butternuts may not be shipped to AZ, CA, NM or TX. Sorry, no shipments outside of the USA. Calculating shipping and handling costs: Add $8.00 to item total for orders under $ 25.00, add 25% of item total for orders over $ 25.00 to $ 100.00, add 20% of item total for orders over $ 100.00. For UPS orders add a $ 5.00 surcharge for orders up to $ 100.00, $ 10.00 for orders over $ 100.00 Terms of Sale All plants are guaranteed to be shipped in good live condition. Plants become your property upon delivery to UPS or USPS and claims for damage in transport should be filed with the carrier. All claims for damage or loss must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Minnesota residents please add 6.5% sales tax. |
